At Ilera Care Limited, customer satisfaction is important to us. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent service.

Eligibility for Returns

Products may be eligible for return if the item received is damaged or defective, the wrong product was delivered, the product was significantly different from what was ordered, or the return request is made within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, returned in its original packaging, and include any accessories or complimentary items received with the product.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, personal care products, beauty and skincare products, hair care products, health supplements, opened or used consumable items, gift cards, promotional items, and clearance items cannot be returned once delivered and opened.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, product photographs, packaging photographs, and a description of the issue.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to reflect depending on your payment provider or bank. Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled and will be subject to the standard return process.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective, the wrong item was delivered, or the error occurred due to our mistake.
